The personal data provided for the preparation of budgets, pre-contracts or requests for information will be kept for a period of one year.
The personal data provided for managing your purchases will be kept for a period of four years from the last service performed in order to respond to possible liabilities or requirements from Public Administrations.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
In the case of a commercial relationship, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract. You must provide the necessary information to formalize and document the commercial relationship and comply with legal obligations. This is a necessary requirement to enter into the contract, so the lack of certain information will prevent it from being carried out.
The response to the request for information is based on express consent.

In the first case, we will send you an email that will allow you to verify the date and content of your request. In the second case, we will send you a letter to the address you provide.
