For what purpose do we process your personal data?

This entity may process your personal data for the following purposes:

Contractual purpose: The processing is carried out exclusively to manage the commercial relationship. In no case will the data be used to create profiles or automated decisions.

Purposes requiring your consent: The processing is carried out to send you information requested through the appropriate means.

For how long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided for the preparation of budgets, pre-contracts or requests for information will be kept for a period of one year.

The personal data provided for managing your purchases will be kept for a period of four years from the last service performed in order to respond to possible liabilities or requirements from Public Administrations.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

In the case of a commercial relationship, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract. You must provide the necessary information to formalize and document the commercial relationship and comply with legal obligations. This is a necessary requirement to enter into the contract, so the lack of certain information will prevent it from being carried out.

The response to the request for information is based on express consent.

To whom will your data be communicated?

The data you provide will be used strictly to maintain and manage our contractual or pre-contractual relationship. In no case will they be disclosed to third parties except to Public Administrations in cases required by Law.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Attach a copy of your ID or another document proving your identity and send it to www.conservasria.com.

In the first case, we will send you an email that will allow you to verify the date and content of your request. In the second case, we will send you a letter to the address you provide.

Where can I go if I am not satisfied?

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially if you have not been satisfied with the exercise of your rights.
